John Lam is my hero. He’s making RubyCLR, which hopefully sometime in the future will allow me to use Ruby in ‘pur’e .NET. Today we have yet another exciting development: RubyCLR can inline C#.
I’ve been trying out ViEmu recently. It
gives Vi-style (actually, vim-style) editing capabilities to VS.NET. It’s
really, really good. I found myself doing things automatically and not
noticing that they ‘just worked’. For example, I automatically started saving
by using :w, selecting using v and searching using
/. Well worth the money for Vi addicts.
